Why is turnover in these positions so low?

There are a lot of theories on this but mainly it is because it works for the client and the professional.  See Our Winning Formula.  The consulting is key to this because the intentional aspect of how it is set up and structured is what makes it lasting for all involved.  In-house accountants often leave because they are searching for career advancement or the work is inefficient and frustrating.  Our team members are motivated by their desire for work/life balance as opposed to career advancement.  Additionally, since our goal is to eliminate inefficient, frustrating processes, our teams are part of a satisfying process and are able to produce a top notch work product.  At a recent Source Property Accounting gathering of telecommuters, many of them had been doing this work for over 14 years!
